I make every class feel like a non-stop, calorie-burning dance party.  I’ll have you looking leaner, sexier and curvier in no time.  Classes are one hour in duration and include rhythms from all over the world.   

I am certified by AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) as a Group Exercise Instructor, so participants can rest assured that they are getting the highest quality workout.  My goal is to have you shed pounds while having fun and dancing to your favorite beats, and get you looking and feeling better than you ever did before! 

My class structure varies and different days have different types of classes.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, classes are combination of Zumba Toning® and Zumba®.  During the first half hour of the class, we use 1-lb or 2.5-lb Zumba® Toning Sticks to pump up the intensity of the Zumba® class.  The sticks add resistance and create muscle tone, definition and strength.  The last half hour, we have regular Zumba®, go wild, get crazy and let loose.  On Saturdays, the class is all Zumba® without the sticks.  This unique combination will have you seeing results faster than you imagined.
